Description of content: Implementing the Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council. In addition to this, adopting measures which are based on Finland's own legislative needs, for example:

·                banning the sales and imports of all smokeless tobacco products (such as chewing tobacco and nasal tobacco)

·                banning flavourings from e-cigarettes

·                applying the provisions of the Tobacco Products Directive concerning the safety and quality of nicotine containing liquids to nicotine-free e-cigarettes
