Description of content: The project was developed in order to harmonize the national legislation with EU requirements and practice.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: The draft was developed in order to eliminate unnecessary technical barriers to trade. It establishes a more explicit scope of the law excluding provisions related to market surveillance.
