Description of content: Draft technical regulation gas lighters establishing the improvement of the mandatory safety requirements for the provision of gas lighters in the domestic market.

And it establishes the criteria to procedures to assess conformity and security, in order to be acquainted with the Conformity Assessment Program for gas lighters through the certification mechanism and provisions settled by the Technical Regulation aimed at preventing consumption accidents.

It revokes Inmetro Ordinance No 191, 8 June 2007, within 36 months.
