Description of content: This standard applies to food additives xanthan gum which uses starch as the main raw material and Xanthomonas of anglin black rot as producing bacteria, obtained through specific biological fermentation and purification, drying, crushing. It specifies the technical requirements and testing methods for food additive xanthan gum.
