食品伙伴网讯 据英国食品标准局(FSA)消息,3月25日英国食品标准局公布了两份食品卫生评估研究报告,评估对象包括英格兰与威尔士地区的食品卫生评级制度(FHRS)以及苏格兰地区实施的食品卫生信息制度(FHIS)。
本次评估活动始于2011年,持续至2014年中期。它研究了两项制度对地方当局、消费者、商家、食品卫生合规情况以及食源性疾病发病率的影响。英国食品标准局讨论了研究结果。研究报告含有消费者对于卫生分级制度的态度并提供了一些有意义的见解。

The final two research reports, in a series commissioned by the FSA to evaluate the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) in Scotland, are being published today. The evaluation was commissioned with the Policy Studies Institute in 2011 and ran until mid-2014. It explored the impact of the FHRS and the FHIS on local authorities, consumers, businesses, food hygiene compliance and the incidence of foodborne disease. The evaluation and other research findings have been discussed by the FSA Board today.
