Description of content: The Soft Drinks Regulations 2005 covers the registration of soft drinks in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and it is also in addition to the compliance with the pre-packaged Food (Labelling) Regulations 2005. It stipulates the labelling of soft drinks, fruit squash, cordial or fruit crush, etc. It also deals with the classification of soft drinks, the added substances and the names of the soft drinks. It prescribes the prohibition, penalties and forfeiture to the agency of the violating products and accessories.
