Description of content: To include of "Radio equipment of the positions emission for maritime sufferers" into the list of equipment subject to conformity certification to secure the people's safety (Article 3.1)

·                To re-classify 31 types of equipment from the list of conformity registration conducted by designated testing laboratories to the list of the conformity declaration conducted on his/her own to reduce the burden of business (Article 3.2, Article 3.3)

·                To include equipment code and type code of Broadcasting and Communication Equipment, etc. (RRA Public Notice No. 2015-26) into Supplement 7 for the public's convenience (Article 5.5, Article 8.5 and Article 11.2)

·                To avoid the confusion in processing by deleting the differently stipulated contents for the submission of verification data.(Article 16.3)

·                To permit the e-labelling (electronic display) for products equipped with display (Article 23, Supplement 5)

·                To add application forms for cancellation of conformity assessment and re-issuance of certificate to solve procedural insufficiency (Article 24, Article 25)
