内容概述: 本法规规定加工食品内作为食品添加剂的防腐剂的最大限量。 准许作为防腐剂使用的食品添加剂名称如下: 1.山梨酸及盐; 2.苯甲酸及盐; 3.对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(Ethylpara-hydroxybenzoate); 4.对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Methylpara-hydroxybenzoate); 5.亚硫酸盐; 6.乳链菌肽; 7.亚硝酸盐; 8.硝酸盐; 9.丙酸及及盐; 10.盐酸溶菌酶. 附件1所列各类食品内防腐剂的最大限量要求属本法规的一部分。 加工食品中防腐剂的限量必须以分析证书的形式提供。 附件1所列之外的防腐剂种类只能在得到印度尼西亚食品药品监督管理局主席批准后才能使用。 获得营销批准的防腐剂及含防腐剂的加工食品必须在不迟于生效日后一年内遵行本法规。在本法规生效前提交的防腐剂及含防腐剂的加工食品将按卫生部1168/Menkes/Per/X/1999号法规修改的关于食品添加剂的卫生部第722/Menkes/Per/IX/1988号法规处理。 本营销批准有效期为一年。

Title of the notified document: Regulation of the Head of Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control No. 36 of 2013 concerning Maximum Level Requirement of Preservative as Food Additive  Language(s): Indonesian  Number of pages: 32

Description of content: This regulation specified the maximum level requirement of preservatives as food additive in processed food.

The name of food additives allowed to be used as preservatives are:

1.    Sorbic acid and its salts;

2.    Benzoid acid and its salts;

3.    Ethyl para-hydroxybenzoate;

4.    Methyl para-hydroxybenzoate;

5.    Sulphites;

6.    Nisin;

7.    Nitrites;

8.    Nitrates;

9.    Propionic acid and its salts;

10. Lysozyme hydrochloride.

The maximum level requirement of preservatives in each food category is listed in Annex 1 as an integral part of this regulation.

The content of preservatives in processed food must be proved by a certificate of analysis.

The type and use of preservatives other than those listed in Annex 1 should only be used after obtaining approval from the Head of NADFC.

Preservatives and processed food containing preservatives which have a marketing approval must adhere to this regulation no later than one year from the date of enactment.

Preservatives and processed food containing preservatives which were submitted prior this regulation will be processed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 722/Menkes/Per/IX/1988 on Food Additives as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 1168/Menkes/Per/X/1999. The validity period of this marketing approval will be one year.
