核发进口一般工业用油脂同意文件作业要点
一、 “经济部”工业局（以下简称本局）为避免一般工业用油脂流向食品及饲料等用途，危害食物链安全，特订定本作业要点。
二、 凡进口归属海关进口税则第十五章及第三十八章二十三节货品（如附件一）的厂商（以下简称申请人），应依本作业要点申请同意文件。
三、 申请人或其代理人应以纸本或因特网等方式向本局申请。
四、 申请人应检具下列证明文件：
(一) 申请书一份。
(二) 使用机构为公司者需检附公司登记证明文件及工厂登记证明文件复印件。
(三) 型录或说明书一份。
(四) 制造流程及申请数量计算说明。
(五) 交易发票复印件或其它证明的文件（如信用状、电汇单或进口物品结汇单据复印件等）一份。
(六) 其它经本局指定的证明文件。
五、 本局于收到申请数据后七个工作日完成书面审查，经审查符合海关进口税则第十五章及第三十八章二十三节规定者，即核发同意文件，不符规定者径予退件；资料不全者通知于七日内补正，补正日数不计入审查期间，逾期未补正者驳回其申请。
六、 本同意文件有效期限为六个月，逾期失其效力。
