Description of content: This Communiqué establishes the methods for carrying out the sampling and analysis for the official control of the levels of erucic acid set in the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on contaminants in foodstuffs.

It also establishes the performance criteria with which the method of analysis used for official control has to comply.
