国家药监局核查中心有了一则关于纯化水监测的问答，提问内容为仅用于设备清洁，不用于产品的纯化水，能否通过对水系统历史数据回顾来减少部分项目的检测，仅对各监测点的微生物及部分项目进行检测，检测项目根据评估确定的，并定期（6个月）全检一次，如下：

咨询内容：老师您好，我公司纯化水仅用于设备设施的清洁，不用于产品的清洗，请问能否依据纯化水系统的回顾来减少部分项目的检测，仅对各监测点的微生物及部分项目进行检测，检测项目根据评估确定的，并规定在6个月内进行全检一次，请问这样做是否可行，是否会得到认可，如果不可以，会有什么风险？谢谢中心老师！

回复：请根据所生产的产品来明确工艺用水的要求，无论是产品生产过程用水还是设施清洁用水，都应满足产品质量的控制要求，避免对产品带来污染，纯化水检测应符合中国药典的要求，检测项目与频次应由企业根据自身产品风险规定控制要求，并开展相应验证，以确保符合产品和用水的质量。

建议：

国际上已经采取对纯化水系统关键使用点（使用点供水用作原料或直接与产品接触或用于最终漂洗）和非关键使用点采用不同的监测计划的方式，例如ISPE《良好规范指南：制药用水、蒸汽、气体的取样》中给出关键使用点和非关键使用点在PQ阶段2和PQ阶段3（PQ阶段3可参考作为日常监测计划）的不同监测频率：
