为了提醒注册的企业并在检查开始前给企业一个更新注册卷宗的机会，ECHA表示会定期发布将面临合规检查的物质清单。近期，ECHA发布了2015年首批将要面临合规检查的物质清单，共包含38个物质。然而，ECHA强调清单中的物质并非是固定不变的，随时可能有新的物质加入。

　　为了缩短检查时间，ECHA决定在将合规检查后的决议草案发给注册企业后，不再考虑卷宗更新的时间。注册企业应在收到决议草案30天内，就决议草案提交合理的解释。

　　另外，ECHA称100-1000吨的物质注册卷宗仅有不到10% 将被随机抽查，计划5%的卷宗检查将在2018年前完成。对于1-100吨注册物质的检查，也将根据物质的关注度的不同来选择待检物质。
